Lauryn Hill Sued By Trombone Player For Breach In Contract, Asks For $11.5k In Damages
A trombone player hired by Grammy awards winning femcee Lauryn Hill, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for breach in contract over unpaid entitlement to live song recording.
In the suit doc, the complaint Matthew Hartnett, claimed the female rapper, her touring and her company failed to paid him for live recording sessions last summer.
He claimed he was hired to join the L-Boogie's team and both parties agreed on terms with bill offered for his services which he claimed was a standard rate for 100-week anyone would charge for, according to the TMZ.
Matthew is now asking for $11,521.60 for damages caused because he was fired without payment, and as stipulated in his contract, he is entitled to half of the touring session last summer.
