Imposter Attorney Attempts Conning 2 Chainz Over Debt Owed To Royce Rolls Auto Broker
2 Chainz has come out to clarify issues over being sued for non-payment of outstanding balance due for his Royce Rolls Phantom, and claimed there is an attempt by the dealer to defraud him, for which he's suing as a result.
The Georgia-born rapper alleged that a personnel from the auto broker Highline Holdings Group by the name Joshua Waddell, is posing up as two different lawyers, acting as his lawyer and at another time as the company's to lure him to make the due payment of $18,317.
He claimed in the suit filed that Waddell once called him with unknown number which he recognised urging to pay the outstanding, and another time acted as the broker's lawyer lying over the phone that a judgement has been passed over the issue and his car might be repossessed, according to the TMZ.
Now, the rapper is asked the court to penalised Waddell for being an imposter because there hasn't been issuance of statements from his lawyer or his broker over the case.
