Globe's Soccer Awards 2017: Cristiano Ronaldo Wins Player Of The Year, Zinedine Zidane Recieves Best Coach

Real Madrid's forward Cristiano Ronaldo has won for the second time in a row the Globe's Soccer Player of the Year award. 
One Thursday, the Portuguese was announced the winner of the award at which he was not present but connected to the event via a video link. 
Speaking after being awarded the prize, the 31-year-old thanked his voters and promised to win more awards. 
“Don’t worry my friend, I have a lot of space. For me it’s a special moment and I feel very happy to receive this award," said Ronaldo said after being announced the winner via the link. 
 “It was an amazing year, we won a lot of trophies collective and myself individual, so I’m so glad. Thank you for the people who voted for me — next year, do the same!”
Also in the list of award recipients was Real Madrid's Algerian Manager Zinedine Zidane who won the best coach, Francesco Totti and Carles Puyol received player career awards and best league award went to La Liga.
