Ashanti Tells Off Concert-Goers Tossing Money At Her, "I'm Not A F**king Stripper" She Says
Ashanti may look stunning and dance dirty on stage, but there one thing she wouldn't like from her fans, and that is throwing money over her like a stripper.
The "Always On Time" singer stopped her stage performance mid-way, when fans in front row were tossing off bills at her, as she performed lap down on stage at Neal S. Blaisdell Centre in Honolulu, on Saturday.
She went nuclear at addressing the act and made it clear to the concert-goers in strong terms, she remains a performer and not a stripper.
"Let me tell you something," she stopped the DJ playing her song "I want you to stop throwing that money. I'm not a f**king stripper, ok."
Having said that, the 37-year-old carried on with the performance. She shared the concert with Murder Inc rapper Ja Rule who also performed.
