Tidal X Relief Concert Generates £2.4 Million For Hurricane Victims In Puerto Rico
This is good news for hurricane victims in Puerto Rico as Jay-Z's Tidal raised £2.4 million ($3.1 million) from the relief concert organised on Oct. 17th.
The concert was sponsored by Bacardi with commitment of about £1million ($1.3 million) towards the event, which had popular artists like DJ Khaled, Chris Brown, Cardi B, Jeniffer Lopez, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Yo Gotti, A$AP Ferg and Angie Martinez as the host.
Mind you, the music streaming service Tidal has air-lifted 500,000 pounds of relief materials to the region since the Hurricane Maria incident happened.
