Rapper Future Breaks Records With Two RIAA Gold Certifications In A Year
Rapper Future has something to celebrate in his music career as the year winds down, as he picked up two RIAA certifications.
The "Stick Talk" rapper received the certification for two of his works "HNDRXX" and "FUTURE" which he released early this year.
The Atlanta-born rapper was earned the gold stamp for "HNDRXX" after the project gathered 500,000 units sale including that made from streaming music - he had earlier been given platinum status for two hit singles "Groovy" and "Draco" in August.
This is the first time in RIAA records, when an artist will receive double certifications in a calendar year.
