Cristiano Ronaldo Beats Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr. to Win Fifa World's Best Player Award
Real Madrid forward and Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo, has been named the world's best player at the 2017 Best Fifa Football Awards in London.
The 32-year-old beats his arch rival and Barcelona forward Lionel Messi and Paris St. Germain's Neymar Jr. to claim the award.
The Portuguese has now won the honour five times - Messi has four to his record - and was instrumental to Madrid winning a double last season.
Also at the event, Real Madrid's Zinedine Zidane was honoured with best men's coach award, and for best female coach, Netherlands' Sarina Wiegman received that.
