Warner Bros. Amazon and Apple In Race For Ownerhip Of James Bond's Film Rights
As the property's rights to British spy film James Bond is opened for new sponsor's grasp, Warner Bros. Amazon and Apple are reportedly making their move to bid for the franchise ownership.
The right was previously own by Sony but that since expired in 2015 with Spectre, and it since been opened for a new studio to pick up the deal.
According to Screen Rants, the franchise rights which is expected to range between $2-5 billion have got other studios - 20th Century Fox, Universal, and Annapurna Pictures - coming in for the bid.
With wide range of bidders in the race for the property's rights and as Apple are reportedly willingly to go any length on the bid, the rights re expected to come with more opportunities which might include possibility of Bond related TV shows.
