Ice Cube's BIG3 Basketball League Slapped With $250 Million Lawsuit Over Proprietary Idea Theft

Iconic rapper and co-founder of  BIG3 basketball league O'Shea "Ice Cube" Jackson Sr., has been dragged into a $250 million lawsuit following an alleged inappropriate deals with players and proprietary idea infringements of another league Champion Basket League.
The rapper and another joint owner of BIG3 League Jeff Kwatinetz, were alleged to using the plaintiff's players and some of it administrators as insiders to get information on the league runs it business, according to BET.
BIG3 have been accused of using information they have got about Champion BL off players, to lured them into signing exclusive deals with them and threatening them with a fine if the played with any other - a policies which is a theft of CBL of not signing players to exclusive deal.
"When certain players expressed their desire to participate in the CBL's games, Mr. Cube confronted the player personally about playing in the CBL and threatened the players that they would be fined, not allowed to participate in the 52% of revenue bonus pool, or replaced on their team," CBL alleged Ice Cube's BIG3 in their lawsuit.
The Champions Basketball League lawsuit of an alleged exploiting of players and breech in agreement of partnering BIG3 to attain level of competing with NBA clubs, is being treated at the Manhattan Supreme Court.
