Usain Bolt to Launch Fast-food Restaurant In the United Kingdom
Jamaican Sprint legend Usain Bolt is not retiring to seat back but bringing his track and field experience into expanding his fast-food restaurant business, and he is bringing that to the United Kingdom.
On Sunday, the eight Olympic gold medal holder announced launching his new adventure Tracks & Records in London, and planned starting off with 15 outlets in a period of years.
The sprinter's restaurants will bring to Brits taste bud the athlete's "burger a la Usain" and other traditional Jamaican recipes such as Jerk a pork, janja soup and pan chicken.
Speaking about the restaurant, Bolt gave his reason for chosen to bring his new adventure to the United Kingdom.
"London has always been a special place...Is giving us the opportunity to share our visionnand our culture with you all."
According sources, the restaurant Tracks & Records is a franchise of a Jamaican company Franjam which the sprinter is a co-founder of.
