Beyoncé Closes In On A Deal With Disney To Voice Nala And Produce Soundtrack For "The Lion King"

R&B superstar Beyoncé K. Carter reportedly might join already star-studded live-action animated film "The Lion King" remake and she is going for a double role.
The music sensation has been speculation to be linked on a deal to voice Nala in the film and also in talks with the production studio Disney on a deal to produce the soundtrack.
According to Screen Rant, the popsinger has been in talks with the studio over the deal especially for the soundtrack but the studio has yet not make that official as to who gets to produce the soundtrack.
Other important roles in the film has been taking up as Alfre Woodward has been contacted for the role of lioness Sarabi and John Kani for mystic monkey Rafiki, Donald Glover as Simba, Seth Rogen as Pumba, Billy Eichner as Timon, John Oliver as Zazu, and James Earl Jones returning to the role of Mufasa
