PSG Plan €222 Million Neymar Jr. Buyout As Barcelona Are Ready to Challenge The Offer At EUFA's FFP
Neymar's exit from FC Barcelona might a spark row between the Spaniard club and the player's prospective French side buyer Paris St. Germaine.
PSG are reportedly linked to the Brazilian international on a €222 million buyout from his Barcelona, an offer the player's club are not willing to negotiate as they have no confident in the offer.
According to sources, as letting off Neymar is not in Barcelona's interest they reportedly have intended to accuse PSG of breaching rules set by EUFA's Financial Fair Play (FFP).
If the buyout should fly eventually, Neymar will be the most expensive player in footballing history as the deal will see him worth more than €30 million annual, an amount that is more than double the current most expensive player Paul Pogba.
As a result of huge sum involved in signing of Neymar which would activate his contract clause, Barca are not confident in PSG financial capabilities to sustain such offer, but the FFP's boss reportedly believed they can as he is quoted as saying "[PSG] have done their sums well."
