Kim Karadshian Makeup Range KKW In Lawsuit Over Alleged Logo Infringement

The reality show star's makeup range KKW has been allegedly of logo copying by another makeup brand named Kjær Weis.
The New York-based company alleged the model of intentionally adopting the use of KKW for her range logo knowing it will infringe on their already existing logo KW.
The mother of two responded through her company's spokesperson who dismissed the claims, saying the reality show did everything required to avoid getting into trouble with anybody.
"There is no merit to this lawsuit. Before launching, Kim received approval for KKW, KKW BEAUTY, and KKW FRAGRANCE from the U.S. Trademark Office. When Ms. Weiss [sic] asked for a re-examination, the Trademark Office again approved the brand names for Kim’s company a second time. Kim has done everything by the book,’ they said.
Nonetheless, Kjær maintained their ground as their representative told Glamour magazine, they are praying the court in the lawsuit to stop the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" reality show star company to discontinue the use of the logo and want percentage from proceed made so far for damages caused.
"(The case) is about protecting our reputation and our business. We have worked hard over many years to establish our brand identity and our unique market position," Kjær said through their rep.
