Chelsea Indicate Interest In Manchester City's Sergio Aguero
Chelsea reportedly are indicating interest in signing Manchester City striker and Argentina international Sergio Aguero.
According to Skysports, since the future of their Spaniard forward Diego Costa at Stanford Bridge remains in doubt, the club are making "serious and strong interest" at getting the ace over.
Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak, in his statement showed a different position on letting off the forward over to Chelsea, owing to the impact it might cost the club.
"Absolutely. There's never been a doubt about that. I've read a lot of the speculation on this and it's ridiculous.
"Sergio Aguero is one of the best players in the world. We are a team that aspires to win every competition we compete in," he said.
Another interesting point is, since 2008 Manchester City have not been selling their players to Chelsea and that can be said to be the policies of the club's owner the Abu Dhabi United Group.
