Rafael Nadal has got his name printed in tennis history having won his 10th French Open title after beating Stan Wawrinka 6-2, 6-3. 6-1 at the Paris final.
The Spaniard turned out to be the first player - in men's or women's tennis - to have won a Grand Slam tournament for 10 times.
Speaking after the match, Nadal explained how nervous he was as he played to ensure victory over Stan.
"I play my best in all events but the feeling I have here is impossible to describe and you can't compare it. The nerve and adrenaline I feel on this court is impossible to compare. It's the most important event in my career."
He has moved a place above Pete Sampras to become the second after Roger Federer on the ATP list of all-time winners in men's Grand Slam.
